Rates Quoted Are
- priced per person sharing per night. in South African Rand (ZAR). Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice. Rates are quoted including breakfast , 14% VAT and 1% tourism levy per person per night. Rates exclude transfers from/to Cape Town, Lunch, Dinner, Bar, Private telephone calls, laundry.
A written request is required to proceed with a reservation. Written confirmation of the reservation is forwarded via e-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed the client is liable for cancellation fees.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Payment can be made by secure on-line payment, direct deposit or credit card. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation 30 days after written confirmation. Deposits made to guarantee reservation are non-refundable. Full and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. There is a 3% surcharge on credit card payments. Extras may be settled on departure. Rates are valid at the time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice. Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled postponement of a reservation caused by bad weather, strikes or any other matter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the client's account. Should payment not be received as stipulated we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. Cancellation penalties are levied as follows: Any reservation cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date – 50% of the total invoiced amount. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – a charge to the full value ( 100% of the total invoiced amount ) be applicable. Cancellation penalties for Easter and 21 Dec -4Jan –less than 12 weeks’ notice prior to arrival – 100% of total invoiced amount. In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room.

Please refer to our reservations office for road transfer requests. Luxury road transfers can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
Complimentary cots can be provided on request. Children 0-3 years stay complimentary. Children 4-12 years stay at 50% of the adult rate.
Check in time is at 14h00; guests arriving early are welcome to use hotel facilities. Check out time is 10h00; late departures are subject to occupancy /availability.
24 Hour internet access in the hotel lounge & Wireless internet access throughout the hotel. Secure off street parking.
