Green Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Green breakfast smoothie bowl

1 peach, chopped
¼ banana, chopped
¼ pear/avocado
2 T spinach puree/1/4 cup spinach fresh
150ml Greek yoghurt
6 mint leaves
1 strawberry quartered
6 blueberries, halved
1 tsp honey
Edible flowers for garnish

• Place the peach, banana, pear/avo, spinach, yoghurt and mint in a blender and blend smooth, pour into serving bowl.
• Garnish with fruit, top chia seeds and flowers and drizzle over the honey.

Chia Seeds

125ml almond/oat milk
¼ vanilla pod, seeds only (or a ¼ tsp good vanilla essence)
1tso raw honey
30ml chia seeds

• Whisk together the almond milk, vanilla and honey until dissolved and add the chia seeds and place in a sealable container until all the liquid is absorbed.
• This will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
